2 Pounds of Ground Pork
Green Onions (diced)
1 Bag of Baby Carrots (diced)
1 Can of Water Chestnuts ( these can be found in the Asian or ethnic aisle of your grocery store or Wal-Mart)
Salt,Pepper and Garlic powder (however much you like)
2 packs of either eggroll wrappers or won ton wrappers ( i like both of them, these will be in the section with the tofu and premade guacamole in your grocery store or Wal-Mart)
1 Bowl of water (to dip fingers in to seal the eggrolls.)
After you cut up all of your ingredients they should look like this. ( i use a food processor its fast and easy )
Now dump all of your ingredients into the ground pork and mix it together.
Add a thin line of the meat mixture to the wrapper
Roll it and leave a little room at the end, you are going to dip your finger in the water and apply water to that part you have left open. Finish rolling and add a little of water to the outside to seal it.
Don't forget to seal the outside with a little water! :)
Keep rolling.....
When you're finished rolling you will need to fry them. You can use any oil of your choice.
fry until they are golden brown.
Once they are a golden brown take them out and let them rest on a paper towel to soak up the extra oil. You can add salt to them if you would like.
I like to eat mine with sweet and sour sauce and also a duck sauce. You can buy these in any grocery store or in the ethnic aisle in Wal-Mart. I buy the LaChoy brand.
Try these out for your next party they are sure to be a hit! Let me know if you liked these and don't forget to follow my blog, you don't want to miss my other recipes! :)
